Tired dieting without success? Now, read it.

Consider this: the LAST thing to grow on a fruit tree… is the fruit” Many of us have lost touch of when we are hungry, truly hungry. We eat because it's time to eat. Even though we are not hungry, we eat. Just eat when you are starving. If you are not hungry, then you don’t have to eat. If you are a little hungry, eat a little and then, honor fullness. When you are full, ah, put the food aside. But the thing is this: you are wasting food.  “if thou shall not waste, though shall not put on on thy waist whatever thou has not wasted” If you really need an extra diet, go ahead.
